coreFLANGE is a 2-component measuring flange and therefore a versatile instrument for measurements in rotating drive trains or mobile applications. In the standard version, it enables not only the precise measurement of torques but also the measurement of bending moments. In addition to the standard version, customized solutions with alternative or additional measured variables, such as axial force, are also available on request. With a maximum sampling rate of up to 500 Hz, even fast processes can be recorded precisely. The measuring flange is also equipped with a speed, acceleration and temperature sensor to enable comprehensive monitoring.

The coreFLANGE measuring flange is available in various sizes, enabling a wide range of applications. In addition, individual flange designs can be manufactured according to customer requirements. The measuring flange calculates the speed using an IMU, which means that no stator is required on the flange circumference. This also allows installation in confined spaces. This provides a complete solution for measuring speed, forces, torques and vibrations.
