The coreMOBILE IoT sensor node is the heart of your IoT applications. Thanks to the integrated LTE-M mobile technology, the intelligent IoT sensor node can be operated globally and enables remote access to machines and systems. Via the user-friendly cloud interface coreCLOUD events that have occurred, live data in reduced form and other information such as signal strength or battery status are transmitted and displayed. Configuration and updates are possible remotely. In addition, the coreMOBILE also offers the possibility of localization via the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS).
The multifunctional IoT sensor node can be operated with any form of strain gauge-based force and torque sensors as well as with its own strain gauge installations. Two inputs for strain gauge full bridges are available for this purpose, which can be scanned at up to 500Hz. In addition, integrated MEMS sensors record the speed during application on a shaft and measure 3-axis acceleration, temperature and humidity.
The coreMOBILE can also be read out via Bluetooth. This means that the IoT sensor node can be connected in parallel via both the app and the gateway.

Functionality of the coreMOBILE
When connected, measurement data is collected and transmitted directly to a smartphone, gateway or reduced to a cloud.
By means of LTE-M, there is a permanent mobile radio connection for transmission to the coreCLOUD with a transmission rate of up to 1 Hz. The integrated CPU processes the sensor data already on the sensor node and thus significantly reduces the amount of data to be transmitted. Through the user-friendly definition of threshold values, processes are easily and continuously monitored via the coreCLOUD.
In addition to transferring data to the cloud, coreMOBILE also allows recording via an end device, e.g. tablet or smartphone, the phone logging. For this purpose, the recording function is started and stopped via the coreVIEWER app. During recording, the data is transferred to the local memory of the smartphone, which requires a permanent connection to the app.
The measurement amplifier can be individually configured to the requirements of the application to enable an optimal trade-off between energy use and data acquisition.
