An increasing order situation, a growing team and new, large premises. At core sensing, the signs continue to point to growth in 2023. Existing customer relationships have been deepened and new exciting projects have been started, but most of them are still under wraps. Particularly pleasing is the increasing trend towards cloud solutions, which is reflected in over 50% of the projects carried out. In this context, core sensing offers its customers a comprehensive sensor IoT platform that provides mobile apps and cloud-based software solutions in addition to the corresponding hardware.
In September 2023, another important step in the development of core sensing was taken. After a wait of over a year, the company moved into its new development and manufacturing premises, which represent a massive expansion from 350sqm to a full 1,500sqm. The new premises extend over two floors and offer both a mechanical production area including loading ramp and a coherent office complex with a modern and inviting reception area.
The capacities for manufacturing, assembly and quality assurance have been significantly expanded. Over 15 permanently installed manufacturing and assembly stations with numerous workstations now enable series production and testing of sensor assemblies, IoT gateways and electronic components. In assembly alone, over 20 ergonomic workstations were created.
As a further step towards professionalization and ensuring the highest quality, we are already working on the implementation of quality management according to DIN ISO 9001 and data security management according to DIN ISO/IEC 27001.

Of course, core sensing also has a lot of fun: On October 13, the new premises were officially opened in the presence of employees, shareholders, partners and relatives. In addition to tours in small groups and a short lecture on the company's history, the program also included joint activities such as barbecuing, playing table tennis and face painting for children. The relaxed atmosphere provided an opportunity to exchange ideas and strengthen relationships.
